Gary and Karyn Byers successfully managed AmeriCoatings Inc. out of WA State for 15 years until being bought out and starting a new coating company, InfraTech Services Inc.. Gary and Karyn Byers have consulted on, managed, inspected, trained crews and supervised numerous projects in a huge variety of environments, including  underwater  pipe and structural repair. They have been a part of a variety of challenging restoration and coating projects all over the US and even traveling to Aruba, Bahamas and Trinidad, before settling in South Carolina. InfraTech Services specializes  in  pump safety and operation training and troubleshooting for plural component adhesive and coating delivery systems for your crew at your facility, as well as on the job supervision.  When delivering ratio sensitive materials is critical to your success, contact InfraTech Services. Whether you are using epoxy, polyurethane vinylester, polyester, polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic or other specialized materials, InfraTech Services can provide expert training on system configuration and operation.  Also available for your pump rebuild needs on a variety of  Spray systems, Epoxy Injection Pumps, and other polymer delivery systems.

Coating Inspector 

Gary and Karyn Byers  are both NACE  Level 2 certified coating inspectors and can  help  you to maintain  project specifications and manufacturers recommendations on all coating projects.  They can maintain accurate daily QA/QC records to support documentation of all coating activities and ensure compliance with  the project specifications.  They also provide Off-site support of coatings work plan development in concert with manufacturers specifications and prevailing standards. 

Training

Gary Byers has vast knowledge of all different kinds of single and plural component spray and injection pumps. He is a NACE Coating Inspector Level 2- Cert. No. 51051. Gary has successfully held numerous training sessions at facilitates all over the USA along with training local crews for different epoxy applications and pump use in Aruba, Bahamas and Trinidad. He is consistently contacted for his expertise in problem solving pump issues and environmental job site challenges.  Besides offering upbeat, comfortable, hands on training he offers job site supervision and pump rebuilds.

Training and Support for Pump Instruction 

require a ½ down deposit 1 week before scheduled training and Costs Include:


  • Travel miles @ $1.70 per mile if driving InfraTech Services truck
  • Airfare @ current price for round trip if not driving  
  • Car Rental @ current price in area if flying in
  • Labor for Travel Day @ $560.00 per travel day        
  • Day 1 – Pump Training as requested @ $1,650.00 per day  
  • Day 2 – Hands on Pump operation and troubleshooting issues @ $1,650.00 per day
  • Most training is sufficiently handled in 2 days, but we offer an optional 3rd day @ $1,650.00 for Field support on your job site or additional trouble shooting as needed
  • Hotel stays for number of nights lodging @ current price in area
  • Meals are Per diem for number of days traveling and training @ $80.00 per day  
  • NOTE: Any days onsite after original 3 days will be charged at only $1,000 per day plus per diem and lodging.

Financing is available through the Equipment Trader website - just follow the link "READ MORE " under the item you are interested in or click the Shopping Cart ICON in the top right corner of our website. It will take you directly to the Equipment Trader website and you can apply for financing there.

A Technician /Experienced Professional to supervise and /or run rental equipment is available at an additional cost per hour. Cost determined by specific piece of equipment rented and length of rental.

Delivery cost is determined by equipment weight, size and miles to your location. If equipment needs to be shipped to you, you will incur the shipping charges and they must be paid in advance.

One Day Rental = One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24 hour period for a total of 8 hrs per day for daily rental. One Week Rental = Five (5) 8-hour shifts over a 7 day period for a total of 40 hrs per week for weekly rental. One Month Rental = Twenty (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28 day period for a total of 160 hrs per month for monthly rental. We can also arrange UNLIMITED Rental Periods for certain items.
